I’m Molly Staggs, and I’m a proud Hoosier. I was adopted and raised in Bedford, Indiana, attended Indiana University, and have always considered Southern Indiana home. I’m also a mom to two teenage boys who keep life interesting and make sure I never fall too far behind on the latest games, technology, and trends.

Throughout my real estate career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of buyers and sellers across Southern Indiana. My background and specialty in marketing have become one of my biggest strengths in real estate, particularly when representing sellers.

I love developing thoughtful marketing strategies for our listings, from photography and presentation to digital promotion and the details that help a property stand out. My goal is to make sure every home I represent is presented intentionally, professionally, and with a marketing plan designed specifically for that property and its likely buyers.
